Style and Moore sources over 300,000 products from third-party retailers & trade only vendors to provide premium design services which are highly customized involving significant time and expertise. With this in mind, all fees for consultations & design services are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable/Cancellation Policy
eDesigns & Virtual Services: Once purchased, eDesign packages are non-refundable upon order placement. We encourage you to carefully review all available design options before purchase to ensure the selected design fits your needs. If you have questions, please contact us at hello@styleandmoore.com
Full Service/In-Person Services: If you cancel a Full-Service/In-Person project, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
A 25% cancellation fee will ALSO apply to the remaining balance of the project.
Non-Refundable Fees: Due to the resources and time committed to Full-Service/ In-person projects, all fees are non-refundable.
Timeline:
The Edited Room Collection: Within 24 hours of purchase, your design package will be sent along with a receipt to the email address you provide at the time of purchase.
Custom e-Design: 2-4 week turnaround delivery depending on volume. Your design package will be sent along with a receipt to the email address you provide at the time of purchase.
Returns for Third-Party Products:
If you need to return a product sourced through our recommendations, the return will be governed by the retailer’s policy.
Style and Moore is not responsible for managing returns or refund processes for third-party products unless explicitly agreed upon for Full-Service clients.
Revisions: To ensure satisfaction, revisions are included as part of your package.
NOTE: Revisions beyond the original scope (custom/predesigned/full service) will incur additional fees. (see Services)

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include detailed photos of the damage or issue for evaluation.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Style and Moore is not liable for refunds or damages resulting from delays, disruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supplier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
